Dulces

Why, hello there, fellow food lovers! This post shall be dedicated to one of my favorite mexican restaraunts, Dulces. If you havent been..... well, just go, right now. Dont even finish reading the post just get there somehow.... Anyway, this restaurant is in a very strange location for a fine mexican restaurant. This fine eatery (hehe! thats a funny word!!) is in Lakeline Mall. The first time that I stepped into this Dulces all I saw was the beautiful statues and artwork that was sprawled across the walls of the dim lit room. Now, back to the food. Me and my dad split a chicken enchilada with green chile sauce. It was so good I almost passed out. This enchilada wasn't like any other Ihad ever tasted. The cheese was so light and yummy, the chicken was shredded and very well seasond with yummy mexican spices, and the green chile sauce was just a little tart and a little spicy. It was the best food I had ever had. It even comes with a little garnish of some kind of silantro herb type thing. I'm not sure exactly what it was, but it was so good.

The second trip that I made to Dulces was on Mother's Day. I had the same thing! The menu is all in fancy spript (oh, and its also in spanish) so i couldn't read it that well.... Yeah.... it was G-O-O-D!! I can' wait to go back again!!!

New Blog!!!!

So, everyone who's reading this, this is a blog about the greatest, and the worst, foods I've ever, and will, eat. Food is a big part of my life so i thought it would be appropriate to start a blog about it. I'll probably post on this blog about every week to a couple of weeks, so please follow because, well, I told you to! Oh, and by the way, my name is Amanda, Manda for short! My other awesome nickname is Mandafish. So if you like this blog, or maybe just like me, please follow and read this blog. Oh gosh, I sound really desperate..... Sigh........ Well.... there is nothing I can do about it now.... I suppose I could just delete the parts were I'm pleading for followers.... hmmm.... Nah, I'm too lazy.....
